To meet our highest standards of service, we ensure that all orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time we receive the order. If an order is received during the weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped on the next working day. Please note that all goods require a signature upon delivery.

We utilize reliable carriers such as DHL and/or UPS for shipping orders. You can easily track your shipment's progress by visiting the DHL and UPS websites. We ship to most countries around the world that are accessible to DHL and UPS! 

For faster shipping alternatives, you have the option to upgrade during checkout for an additional cost. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, we highly recommend selecting an express shipping method available during checkout.

Returns

We provide a full exchange or refund for all goods that are in a saleable condition within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, all orders must be shipped back and received within 14 days from the date of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 7 days for us to issue the refund.

To return an unwanted purchase from our website, the easiest method is to send the item back in its original packaging, unused, along with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Kindly include your original order number, email address, and name in the package to help us locate your order and process any applicable refunds.
